ZON Package with problem!!!!!!

Report that in recent days I have had problems in the ZON Package 30w,
Since yesterday 13-09  we are without ZON
I would appreciate to be solved as fast as possible,

Hi

  From recent time, the Zon package is not working properly hi have lot's off freezings and in some cases stop working is there anything yoiu can do to fix these problem? i have a couple of friends using your servers and they all complaint about it...i'm log to server5 i've changed to server1 and it happens the same..it looks like there is too many people log!!!! is that possible, and MEO does not work....
