2) активация происходит несколько раз в течение для сразу всех юзеров в любом случае, только для быстрой активациии можно попросить активировать и даже логин говорить не обязательно. 3) конкретного списка пока нет, он меняется пока и оптимизируется. About not activate can't be, your login was active 100% all the time. Запускаем приложение, листаем вниз и находим функцию сканера USB, на USB находим наш плейлист,выбираем. Надо на ресивере например с пульта создать новый букет. Потом через ftp зайти в /etc/enigma2 и закачать туда букет, скачанный в биллинга.
